Welcome Christine!

What a wonderful, busy week we had! On Wednesday, we welcomed Christine to Terra Luz. She's been focused on observing, interacting with, and getting to know the children. Christine brings with her a wealth of knowledge and ideas, and such a passion for early childhood education. We are so grateful to have her with  us!







Building on the focus of Color and Light, we're beginning to investigate Shadow and Light.


Questions being asked of the children:
"What is a shadow?"
"How do you think shadow is created?"

I began tracing the children's shadows on Tuesday, and they quickly realized, we couldn't trace any shadows the rest of the week because the clouds were covering the sun!
