Calaveras and more Confetti Art

Highlights of Our Day
Gorgeous weather today! Spent a good chunk of time outside in the crisp fall weather.
Children helped water the garden again today.

Art
Gwen and Austin began their Confetti Art collages. Gwen enjoyed squeezing the glue directly out of the bottle.

Corbin loves the wooden trains and the cars and schoolbus!

He also enjoys filling the tubs with rocks.



Music
Listened to more Ella Jenkins. Corbin joined us using the sticks, Austin on the tambourine, and Sophia, Lulu, and Gwen on the drums. I'm on the hunt for djembes. We're ready!





We made calavera necklaces today. Each kiddie got to pick out the skull of their choice and got a kick out of wearing them. Will assemble the sugar skulls tomorrow. There just wasn't enough time today!

It was so sweet... Gwen gave Sophia a huge, genuine hug when she saw that Sophia was upset today.
